Each conference attendee must display a valid badge while attending sessions or events at the conference. Some of the sessions have limited attendance and these badges will be monitored for admission.

Included with each Conference Registration:

• Breakfast each morning and lunch each day
• Networking event
• Conference registration package
• All keynote sessions
• All workshop sessions

Cancellation Policy

Conference Registrations
The committee will issue full refunds for conference registrations less a $100 administration fee for all written requests received before November 1, 2011. The committee regrets that refunds will not be considered after this date. Substitutions are allowed when the name of the individual substituting is recorded using the online registration system prior to November 1, 2011 at 5:00 PM MST. All approved refunds will be issued after the conference.
