PMI-SAC Introduces its Industry Series Stream

PMI-SAC is pleased to introduce its first Industry Series stream to the Professional Development Conference program. Calgary is undergoing a construction boom. It only makes sense to showcase the critical role project management plays in this sector. This industry series will focus on three service components of any mega project: engineering, procurement and construction. Sessions will examine the large construction projects in our backyard and cover project management topics ranging from risk management, workforce planning, scheduling to change control.
